CANIDAE Pet Foods is attending the 2010 America's Family Pet Expo in Costa Mesa, California this April 16 to 18 and has been designated a Silver Sponsor.
America's Family Pet Expo is the largest pet and pet products expo in North America with over 1,000 animals to visit, stage shows, competitions, and demonstrations designed to be fun for the entire family. Thousands of pet products will be on sale at special show prices.
The Splash Dog area, sponsored by CANIDAE, is expected to once again draw large crowds as families cheer on the special animals who compete in the sport of dock diving where dogs enjoy jumping into a large pool from a dock, and are judged for distance. While some of these talented canines only cover a few feet, others, Like CANIDAE's own Team Missy are world champions and can exceed 20 feet before they splash down into the cool water.
CANIDAE will have a strong presence at both its indoor consumer booth and its outdoor booth near the Splash Dog event. Both sets of booth staff will spend the day talking to pet owners about proper nutrition and promoting local independent pet food retailers. CANIDAE will also be accepting donations for the American Kennel Club Canine Health Foundation to help fund pet cancer research.
One aspect of the ongoing CANIDAE mission to foster Responsible Pet Ownership and help animals in need is our Responsible Pet Ownership blog where we publishes helpful tips and advice for caring pet owners as a free service to the community. Visitors to our booths will be given the opportunity to subscribe to this informative blog for a chance to win a free six month supply of the CANIDAE or FELIDAE formula of their choice. The drawing is open to everyone at the Responsible Pet Ownership blog.
All Expo attendees are invited to visit both CANIDAE booths where our staff of dedicated pet lovers will offer free samples and coupons for the complete line of CANIDAE products including CANIDAE for dogs, FELIDAE for cats, and nutritionally complete Snap-Biscuit and Snap-Bits treats for dogs. Tickets for the show are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors 60 and over, $6 for children under 13, and free for children under 6.
