CANIDAE is sponsoring the new Dogs Pavilion at the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento, California this June 11-13, 2010. Geared toward man’s best friend, the Dogs Pavilion will feature 100,000 square feet dedicated to top-notch entertainment, insightful presentations, and nationally renowned presenters. Topics will include picking the perfect puppy, basic training, treats versus praise, first aid and health issues, dealing with aggression and more.
CANIDAE is helping to make sure the crowd is entertained by bringing the famous Splash Dog dock diving event and Rockets K-9 Comets Frisbee catching dogs, both of which CANIDAE is proud to sponsor at events across the nation as part of its Special Achievers program for outstanding animals that entertain us and serve our communities. All Special Achiever animals thrive on CANIDAE’s line of all natural, holistic pet foods.
While 2010 marks the first year for the Dogs Pavilion, the Western States Horse Expo itself is the nation’s largest equine expo and this is its 12th consecutive year providing what many consider the premiere equine destination for the committed horseman. “We jumped at the chance to participate,” said Jim Dempsey, CANIDAE Sales Manager who continued, “Dogs and horses are a natural combination and we know that as more riders and dog lovers discover the benefits of CANIDAE for their hard working dogs they will start feeding our highly nutritious, healthy, meat-based foods.”
Dempsey and his staff will hand out samples and coupons at the Dog Pavilion for the complete line of CANIDAE foods and treats. CANIDAE pet foods for dogs and cats adhere to the highest standards of excellence for product quality, palatability, and customer satisfaction. Formulated for the long-term health of dogs and cats, these pet foods are proudly made in the USA using the highest quality US ingredients. CANIDAE stands behind the guaranteed analysis of each and every one of its products and invites equine enthusiasts to discover for themselves and their dogs and cats the healthful benefits of its pet foods.
Presenters at the Dog Pavilion include trainers Uncle Matty, Dr. Ian Dunbar, Joe Camp & Benji the Dog, and national agility winner Theresa Brantly. Demos on K9 units, search and rescue and sheepdogs will showcase the versatility of dogs who work for a living. Veterinarians from UC Davis will be on hand ready to answer health related questions at the “Ask a Vet” booth. Attendees will also have opportunities to adopt a new best friend at the Adoption Center or shop for new products to bring home.
