CANIDAE is proud to sponsor Shiawassee County Michigan Deputy Sheriff Robert "Butch" Brancheau, Master Trainer, and his German Shepherd Dog "Tazer".
CANIDAE regional sales manager James Brown recently accepted a plaque honoring CANIDAE's commitment to the Shiawassee County Sheriff's K-9 program.
Pictured right is Brown, middle, receiving the plaque along with Sheriff George Braidwood II, left, Deputy Brancheau and Tazer.
The Sheriff's department stated that CANIDAE is one of a small number of businesses that are vital to the K-9 program's continued success. “Their donations for Tazar (the K-9 unit dog) are keeping the dog program in existence,” Shiawassee County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert “Butch” Brancheau said.
CANIDAE donates not only the super premium dog food to the program, but also our nutritionally complete Snap-Biscuit® treats. "Whatever his nutritional needs are, we make sure he has what he needs to maintain his energy and stay healthy," said Brown.
Anyone interested in making a donation to the K-9 Unit at the Shiawassee County Sheriff’s Department may do so at the department office located at 201 E. McArthur St. in Corunna, just be sure to state it is for the K-9 unit.
