CANIDAE Staff Staff Raise Funds for AKC Canine Health Foundation at Amgen Tour of California

Amgen Winner Many of our West Coast Sales Managers traveled with the Amgen Tour of California for 2011 in order to raise funds for cancer research in pets. Becki Grable, Jim Dempsey, Kim Trudelle, and Andy Faessler [pictured below with CANIDAE Controller Jason Castillo] shared in staffing the CANIDAE booth at each Tour of California Lifestyle Festival, selling raffle tickets and promoting Responsible Pet Ownership to the huge crowds of bicycle enthusiasts.

Lee Villarreal of San Jose, California [pictured right, with Trudelle] was the lucky winner of the charity raffle, taking home two Felt beach cruisers. Villarreal, a dedicated bicycle racing fan, is father to three children and owner of a happy and healthy Chihuahua named Pickles who is fed CANIDAE All Life Stages.

Villarreal has been riding one of his new beach cruisers to work everyday where he is employed as a purchasing technician.

Canidae at Amgen CANIDAE donated the Felt beach cruisers to the raffle ensuring that all of the proceeds would be available for the AKC Canine Health Foundation and their fight against cancer in pets.
